Hey there,
We’re Aaron & Rosie. We’re not the usual travel blogging ‘influencers’. We’re in love with the real, breathtaking moments of travel and you’ll always find real, quirky tales and mishaps amongst our posts.
We caught each other’s eye over our computer screens, working in our office finance jobs in the small heart-ish shaped island of Tasmania.
Before we met, we both had an individual love of travelling and between us we’ve visited 47 different countries – still so many to go (and revisit!). We also happen to share a fear of air travel, so together we make the most of our annual leave and go on as many holidays as we can (opting for boats, trains, cars or tuk tuks wherever possible).
We’re both lovers of wandering, eating, Roman history (Aaron more so than Rosie), day dreaming, creating, beautiful photography and each other.
Last year we were engaged in a little laneway in Rome and we’ll be married in early January 2020 in a Tuscan inspired wedding in Tasmania.
We had a lot of family and friends who came to us when they wanted holiday advice or destination ideas, so we created this space to share that info and reminisce on our own holidays together.
